We have identified degraded performance with the Backup and Restore services of PowerProtect Backup Services Cloud due to an ongoing service outage reported by AWS in the ME-CENTRAL-1 region.
As a result of this AWS platform issue, there may be a potential impact on Backup and Restore operations.
